By accessing this website or booking a session with Healing with Jess ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book services.
2. Services Offered
Healing with Jess provides spiritual and welness-based services, including but not limited to:
- Mediumship & Spirit Guide Readings (private & group)
-Spirit Led Healing Sessions
-Spirit Integration Sessions
-Full moon Drumming Circles
-Other Spiritual alignment or energy-based offerings
Services are offered in person and online via virtual platforms.
3. No Medical or Psychological Advice
All services are intended for spiritual growth, personal insight and wellness support only.
Healing with Jess does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek assistance from a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
4. Personal Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are voluntarily participating in services.
- You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following any sessions.
- Results are not guaranteed and may vary.
Spiritual and energy-based work is subjective and experiential in nature.
5. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
6.Cancellation & Rescheduling
- a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be non-refundable.
- No-shows are a non-refundable.
For group events or drumming circles:
-Tickets may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of emergency.
7. Energy Work Disclaimer
Energy healing, mediumship and spiritual guidance are complementary practices. Experiences may vary between individuals.
You understand that:
- Emotional release(s) may occur.
- Spiritual insight may not align with your expectations.
- No specific outcome is promised.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
8. Code of Conduct (In-Person & Online)
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful space.
Your agree to:
- Treat others with respect during group events.
- Not record sessions (audio or video) without permission.
- Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcahol.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and branding ("Healing with Jess"), is the property of Healing with Jess and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Healing with Jess shall not be held liable for:
- Decisions made following a session
- Emotional responses arising from services.
- Technical disruptions during online sessions.
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Your participation is at your own discretion.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website or booking services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlines therin.
