Refund Policy
Healing with Jess

Thank you for honouring this sacred work and the time reserved specifically for you.
Because all sessions and events require energetic preparation and reserved scheduling time, the following refund policy applies.
1. Private Sessions (Mediumship, Spirit Guide Readings, Spirit led Healings, Spirit Integration)
All Private sessions are non-reundable once booked.
If you need to reschedule:
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.
- One reschedule is permitted per booking.
- Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
No shows are non-refundable.
By booking, you acknowledge that your session time is exclusively reserved for you.
2. Group Readings & Full Moon Drumming Circles
Due to limited space and event preparation
:
- Tickets are non-refundable
-Tickets may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
- If an event is canceled by Healing with Jess you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A Credit toward a future event
3. Online Sessions
If technical difficulties arise on the client's end
(internet, device issues, etc.) sessions will continue as scheduled and are not eligible for refund.
If technical difficulties arise on the practitioner's end that prevent completion of the session, the remaining time will be rescheduled.
4. Dissastisfaction with Services
Spiritual and energy-based services are experiential and subjective in nature.
Outcomes vary between individuals.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Personal interpretation of the messages
- Emotional responses
- Desired outcomes not occurring
- Disagreement with guidance received
By booking, you acknowledge that no specific results are guaranteed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for exceptions due to emergency or extraordinary circumstamces may be reviewed at our discretion. Approval is not guranteed.
